Hedish and Shoragim’s Dallas wedding was fun, colorful, and filled with culture! Irish, Iranian, and Guatemalan traditions combined together to produce quite the stunning affair. We’d a multicultural wedding that combined Irish, Iranian, and Guatemalan customs. The ceremony, blood pressure measurements, food, music, and dancing certainly reflected this! I usually were built with a vision of getting stained glass in to the space at The Hickory Street Annex.
We looked antique shops throughout Dallas, until eventually we happened upon nowhere, crimson, and red-colored glass you can observe within the photos. The glass originated from a chapel front window- along with the arch of flowers hanging above us, and also the light shining with the glass, it had been absolutely perfect.
We made donations to seven different projects through Global Giving in recognition in our visitors. Simply by attending, our visitors could provide to colleges in Guatemala, after-school programs in america, computer systems for underprivileged kids, etc. We’d place cards each and every setting, giving information on which project they led to.
I honestly wouldn’t change a factor. Right from the start, my fiance and that i made the decision not the sweat the little stuff. The key to our evening was our union so we thought that anything else would fall under place — also it did! My favorite advice is to locate suppliers that you simply love, then have confidence in them to handle small stuff- that’s the things they’re proficient at! That frees you against all of the stress which goes into planning for a wedding and allows you to pay attention to what’s most significant.
